By creating an account and using Lyrio DM ("the service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them.
What the service does
Lyrio DM builds Instagram comment-to-DM automations for you by signing into your Lyrio (GoHighLevel) account and setting up workflows on your behalf. You keep full control of your Lyrio and Instagram accounts.
Your account & authorization
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- By connecting your Lyrio login, you authorize us to sign in and act inside your Lyrio account only to create, edit, and publish the automations you request.
- You're responsible for the content of the messages and replies your automations send.
Subscription & billing
- Lyrio DM is a paid subscription billed monthly through Stripe.
- You can cancel anytime in Settings; access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- If a payment fails, your account is paused until payment is updated. You can update your card at any time to restore access.
- Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.
Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully and follow Instagram's and Lyrio's own terms.
- Don't use it for spam, harassment, deception, or anything that violates a platform's rules.
- We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Not affiliated with Instagram or Meta
Lyrio DM is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Those platforms may change at any time in ways that affect how the service works.
Service "as is"
We work hard to keep Lyrio DM reliable, but the service is provided "as is," without warranties. Because it depends on third-party platforms (Instagram, Lyrio, Stripe), we can't guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior three months.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
